Fraud Prevention and Security

We may use relevant information provided to us to verify client communications, investigate suspected impersonation or misuse of our services, protect our systems, and respond to legitimate fraud reports. Information may be disclosed to relevant service providers or competent authorities where necessary and lawful, in accordance with this Privacy Policy and applicable law.

1. Client Responsibility and Lawful Use of Services

Bitlinks Tech provides digital services, including website development, software development, digital marketing, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, graphic design, and technology-related solutions.

Clients are solely responsible for the legality, accuracy, authorization, and suitability of the business activities, products, services, claims, content, data, and materials they provide or instruct us to publish, develop, promote, or process on their behalf.

Clients must not use our services, websites, software, marketing campaigns, or deliverables for fraud, scams, impersonation, phishing, money laundering, misleading advertising, unauthorized data collection, intellectual property infringement, or any other unlawful or prohibited activity.

Clients represent that they have all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations for the content, accounts, data, products, and services involved in their projects.

2. No Authorization or Endorsement of Unlawful Activities

Bitlinks Tech acts as a service provider and does not endorse, authorize, or adopt a client's independent business activities merely by providing digital or technical services.

Unless expressly agreed in writing, Bitlinks Tech does not act as the operator, seller, financial intermediary, legal adviser, or guarantor of a client's business, products, transactions, or representations to their customers.

We do not knowingly assist unlawful activities. We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services where we reasonably suspect misuse, fraud, unlawful activity, material misrepresentation, or a violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law and any contractual obligations.

3. Client Indemnification

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Bitlinks Tech, its owners, employees, and authorized representatives against third-party claims, losses, liabilities, damages, and reasonable legal expenses arising from the client's unlawful activities, fraudulent conduct, unauthorized content, infringement of third-party rights, or material breach of these Terms.

This provision does not apply to the extent a claim results from Bitlinks Tech's own unlawful conduct, negligence, breach of contract, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded or transferred.

4. Limitation of Liability

Bitlinks Tech will exercise reasonable care in providing its agreed services. However, we do not guarantee specific business outcomes, sales, leads, search rankings, advertising performance, or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bitlinks Tech shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from a client's independent business activities, unlawful conduct, unauthorized use of deliverables, or actions by unrelated third parties.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law. Any contractual liability limits, where applicable, remain subject to the relevant signed service agreement and applicable law.

5. Third-Party Platforms and External Services

Our services may involve third-party platforms, including Google, Meta, hosting providers, domain registrars, payment processors, advertising networks, and other software providers.

Such platforms operate under their own terms, policies, and decisions. Bitlinks Tech is not responsible for independent actions taken by these platforms, including account suspensions, policy changes, algorithm changes, service interruptions, or third-party security incidents, except to the extent liability arises from our own breach, negligence, or other conduct for which we are legally responsible.

Clients remain responsible for their own accounts, credentials, business operations, legal compliance, and adherence to applicable third-party policies.

6. Official Bitlinks Tech Accounts and Authorized Communications

Bitlinks Tech communicates with clients through its official website, authorized email addresses, telephone numbers, WhatsApp numbers, and social media accounts published on our website or otherwise confirmed in writing by an authorized company representative.

Only communications and commitments made by authorized Bitlinks Tech representatives through verified company channels, or otherwise confirmed by the company in writing, should be treated as official company commitments.

We do not authorize unrelated individuals or third parties to collect payments, make binding promises, offer employment or investment opportunities, solicit personal information, or enter into agreements on our behalf unless expressly authorized by Bitlinks Tech in writing.

Our company name, logo, branding, portfolio, and publicly available information may be misused by impersonators. The appearance of our name, logo, or content on an account, website, message, or document does not by itself establish that it is genuine or authorized.

7. Fraud, Impersonation, and Unauthorized Representation

Bitlinks Tech is not responsible for unauthorized representations, fraudulent offers, payments made to impersonators, or agreements entered into with unrelated third parties falsely claiming to represent the company, except where liability arises from our own acts or omissions under applicable law.

These Terms are intended to clarify the respective responsibilities of Bitlinks Tech, its clients, and third parties. They do not grant immunity from applicable laws or eliminate any rights, duties, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

11. Advertising Services: Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

While we make reasonable efforts to manage campaigns professionally and in accordance with the agreed scope of work, we do not guarantee specific results, sales, leads, revenue, engagement, or return on advertising spend.

Clients are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their advertisements, products, services, offers, claims, and business practices, including compliance with applicable laws and advertising platform policies.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Bitlinks Tech shall not be liable for losses, damages, claims, injuries, or other adverse consequences arising from advertising campaigns, customer transactions, the client's products or services, third-party platform decisions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control, except to the extent such consequences result from Bitlinks Tech's own negligence, misconduct, breach of contract, or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Clients remain responsible for their own business operations, customer relationships, fulfilment of orders, product safety, and obligations to their customers. Bitlinks Tech does not become the seller, manufacturer, or guarantor of a client's products or services merely by providing advertising or marketing support.
